  1. So the preview you have isn't considered the full issue and its limited to 100? Is there an interior indicia (fine credits) page that states the official title name?
  2. We'll report to the programming team to look into for you guys. Check back in a hour or two if they show up.
  3. accidentally overlooked this post.. we'll address everything with the upcoming content update.
  4. It's the never ending challenge of tracking variants... there are so many out there from different sources it's hard to find them all and get them indexed into ComicBase. We'll add this one to the upcoming content update. Thanks for the heads up.
  5. Reported this to the programming team but no timetable to address the issue for you. Its tricky according to them as a 1 monitor setup is still the norm for most of our users (2 monitor setup maybe which CB handles pretty well). *Would recommend emailing the support team directly at support@comicbase.com and note the monitors involved, your video card(s) type, resolution settings for all monitors, and anything else relevant to help them address the issue for you.
  6. You're using the most up-to-date version of CB2025 (v 25.5.1 Build 2195)? What are the steps you do to reproduce the error because we're not able to get the problem when we try?
  7. Late to the party on this post, will get Sugar & Spike: Metahuman Investigations added to the upcoming content update.
  8. You're talking about the 2005 series published by Dark Horse?
  9. Also, restarting your computer should restart Sidekick too.
  10. version 25.5 is out now. 2 ways to get it: -in the CB software, use menu item Internet->Check for Updates -Go to CB website, and select My Account->Registrations. Click on the green download arrow which links to the revised program setup file
  11. Thanks for the feedback. We do our best to describe out all the necessary details for variants; research and our user submissions do help fill in bits we may not have - all that is considered/processed in the indexing style we prefer. The huge challenge for us is the thousands of variants that come out on a monthly basis. With about 85% of comics being a variant of some sort, its super tough to get them all detailed out the way we'd like. Not to mention the publisher data we get from the start don't always have the variant details to begin with 😞
  12. The Item Description field was introduced a few versions ago to mainly address the many variants a single issue can have. Its a field we control at the end of the day (not the user) as we try to describe the variant cover details with not too much information (if possible). We can't have users have free reign on this field as it can be subject to different user format styles and/or inclusion of unnecessary/too much information. Notations like limited quantities, included COA, etc. would go into the Notes field. If you have personal info you'd like to mention, consider a custom field or grading notes field. A good example to mimic that shows off the format style we use to describe variants is Amazing Spider-Man (6th Series) #14s
  13. -download/install the revised CB2025 Setup File so you got the most up-to-date version of ComicBase: https://www.comicbase.com/mycb/Registrations.aspx -Relaunch the software, Go to the File Menu>File Tools>Rebuild Lists (run the Item Information option) -Afterwards, run a fresh report and see if your values look better *If the above steps don't help, message our tech support team directly at support@comicbase.com
  14. Steven is correct. You can easily find it by searching by its barcode number. *TIP: searching by an item's barcode number will typically take you to its listing in ComicBase if the title name isn't very clear at first glance especially with these special day releases(ex: Free Comic Book Day, Batman Day, etc.)
  15. visit your Profile page here (https://www.comicbase.com/mycb/Profile.aspx), glance at the Known Databases section and make sure you don't have too DBs listed (remove any extra if needed). If you have multiple (especially with the the same name) that can confuse our report processor
  16. Editorial team will look into adding this with this week's content update. Should be easy to find by searching by its full barcode number.
  17. @Stacy Curtis Make sure you download/install the latest version of the software you have access to from your online account (https://www.comicbase.com/mycb/Registrations.aspx) - You may be running an older version or have an incomplete installation
  18. i'll notify our programming team to look into it. thanks for spotting it.
  19. Are the image files jpg format? That's the image format ComicBase supports. Also be careful that the file extension is .jpg rather than .jpeg. Also try revisiting the title you just added a cover for to force a refresh of the image library.
  20. I think this a reprint of Batman (3rd Series) #16 BUT is it a full reprint? Can anyone confirm?
  21. yes, curious if this is a reprint of something that already came out.
  22. Another user contacted us about this and didn't notice they had 'current series' selected for 'Series to Print' option on the Print window rather than 'Series I own.' What do you guys have selected?
  23. If you haven't already, please send in submissions for anything you want to be added to our master database. I'll have the editorial team skim through your comments above for anything that needs removing/adjusting.
  24. the titling we have is based off the indicia where there's no slash mark
