  1. There is a 'Log Files' folder that you can reference (Documents/Human Computing/ComicBase 2022 x Edition/Log Files)
  2. Spoke with our programming team and there was an update bug for international Windows regions with earlier builds of CB2022 that got fixed fairly recently. That bug is most likely the reason why you're not seeing what you expect with your graph. Going forward, you should be OK. Unfortunately, there's no way to get those missing points to show up at this point.
  3. Just wanted to share the Editorial Team's preferred format approach when it comes to variants... For the Item Description Field: if its a general variant cover it would be formatted like so: Variant Cover by Joe Smith If its a lettered variant it be: Cover A by Joe Smith If the variant is from a special source like a comic shop or convention it would be like so: Red Star Comics Variant Cover by Joe Smith later printing variants (which apparently is thing these days) would be like so: 2nd Printing Variant Cover by Joe Smith If you know the ratios like its a 1 in 25 variant, it would be like so: 1:25 Variant Cover by Joe Smith For the notes field: there's no need to repeat any of item description variant details in the notes field. If the variant has a limited run, a note like so can be included: Limited to 1,000 (limited number can be also be noted in the circulation field) if it includes a certificate of authenticity, a note like so can be included: Includes Certificate of Authenticity I'll share more as the Editorial team thinks of them but those are the most common variant types that we tend to see these days.
  4. can you screenshot your update settings so we can replicate exactly how you update? also, you update through the main ComicBase software or do you also use Sidekick too? *if you use Sidekick, make sure your update settings are set to your liking as they may be different from your update settings in the main software.
  5. You mean the column names row should be white with black text on top?
  6. Wasn't able to replicate the problem. What update settings do you go with? Maybe that's important to replicating the problem.
  7. Hopefully i understand what's going on here... Axel, sounds like you don't always use the same updates settings week to week correct? What update settings do you go with so we can replicate the problem on our end?
  8. Looking at your account, you have 3 database linked to your account all with the same database id number. That's most likely the problem. we would suggest the following: -go to your online profile page here and remove ALL the databases you have listed under the 'Known Databases' section of the webpage: https://www.comicbase.com/mycb/Profile.aspx -launch the ComicBase software, go the File Menu>Collections Statistics - this will give you an overview of your database stats AND link the proper database to your online account for use in the mobile app.
  9. removing the wrong spelled title listing. Looks like its already listed under the proper name 'Aquaman/Justice League: Drowned Earth Special'
  10. I'm assuming you've updated more times in the main software than the graph is showing?
  11. Mentioned your problem to our programming team and this isn't something they've seen before. If you'd like to follow up with them give them a call at 408-266-6883
  12. Not a problem i've ever heard reported with the grading tool. If you're able to reproduce it with detailed steps we'd love to know about it. Please email us at support@comicbase.com if you're able to figure it out those steps and our programming team will look further into it.
  13. There's a handful of printers and labels the software supports when you look the Software's Print Window's drop down menu.
  14. In the software, go the Help Menu>About ComicBase - what's your full version number of the software? We're currently on v22.0.0.1523
  15. Another user pointed that out to us when the actual print copy got released. Not sure why DC solicited as 'Weird Love Tales' but its been changed to 'Strange Love Adventures' with the upcoming content update.
  16. Philip, for the initial problem you reported, never heard of a case of this happening before. Has it happened again since the first time? Is it replicatable?
  17. Having trouble picturing in my head what you're seeing... can you provide screenshots?
  18. Totally agree with Gregory on this one. Over the years, publisher ed. teams change and their approach to things as well.
  19. Not familiar with this one. Anyone can shed some light on them?
  20. the above image has been assigned as 1/H
  21. Draculina (Dynamite) is the keeper. The Editorial team will move the #2s over to it.
  22. we prefer the 'Retailer Incentive Cover by Joe Smith' format. Problem is some of our users fight against this and send in data in their own style, we do our best to catch it before it gets integrated in the master database but it can be tough sometimes with hundreds of submissions coming in daily.
