  1. at the moment, auto-reports are generated for all media categories. I will mention to our programming team if that can be tweaked in the future.
  2. You can try Yes; maybe it will install. NOTE: Windows 7 is no longer a supported platform for us; particularly for CB2021. You may want to consider upgrading your OS to Windows 10 for software to install like it should.
  3. Also, one thing i'm curious is this custom field set to be 'visible' so it shows up on the main grid? To check, under the Setup Menu>Columns to View - make sure you check visible that field so its shows up in the main grid.
  4. Hey Craig, contact our support team directly at support@comicbase.com OR 408-266-6883. They may need a copy of your database before you did the conversion to test whether the new version of CB is converting properly.
  5. for those of you running ComicBase on a Mac using Parallels, just wanted to share this bit of info with regards to the database file you use for the software. So we figured out the essence of the "Error-fail" thing on Parallels. Basically, somewhere in Parallels there's a setting to let you share your PC's content by turning it into a Mac network share; e.g. your PC Documents folder becomes \\Mac\Home\User\Documents\... -- If ComicBase tries to open an SQLite database located on that "network share", it'll fail instantly. The cure: Probably there's a setting in Parallels to not do this mapping. You can also just make a new C:\ComicBase Databases folder on the Parallels environment, copy your database into there. Since that folder doesn't look like it's on a network, it should load properly into the ComicBase. If anyone running ComicBase on a Mac with Parallels can chime in to confirm or clarify that would be greatly appreciated.
  6. message Pete (pbickford@human-computing.com) on this one. He may have an idea what's going on.
  7. Hey Myron, email our team at support@comicbase.com. Provide the User ID you're currently using for your account and we'll see if there's any issues with it. We wonder if you may have more than 1 account with us.
  8. You're working on a Non-US Windows setting for your computer Antonio? Wonder if that plays a factor. email Pete at pbickford@human-computing.com to get his input.
  9. odd, F6 works for me. Keyboard setup change maybe on your end Andrew? Anyone else have the same problem with it?
  10. Auto-Reports will be generated for all categories but you can select which auto-reports will show up under your account Go into your ComicBase Sidekick Settings; under the Save to Cloud tab and check only what Reports you want
  11. I was able to drop in the scans you email us for eternal warrior with no trouble. Any chance you're using new computer devices like a new mouse? I recently switched to a new mouse and found out certain actions i normally do don't work properly; had to switch back to my previous mouse.
  12. Brad, download/install the revised CB2021 professional program installer from your online account here: https://www.comicbase.com/mycb/Registrations.aspx try to replicate the problem afterwards and let us know how you make out.
  13. odd...i don't seem to have the problem with 4KArchive unless the problem is specific to an edition of CB2021. What edition and version number are you guys using? I'm running v20.0.0.1218
  14. *if you haven't already, download our revised CB2021 program installer (v21.0.0.1209) from your online account here: https://www.comicbase.com/mycb/Registrations.aspx Double-check all your settings in Sidekick are set to your liking; especially Schedule settings. For Sidekick to do what you set, be sure the main software is closed and your computer is on with your schedule settings in mind.
  15. Because its a new release; we're probably experiencing more web traffic than normal, hopefully things will lighten up as we go into the week.
  16. odd... i'm getting the proper behavior if i type in 296/A in the Jump window (F3).
  17. Hi Folks, Please use this thread for any trouble with installing or starting up the new CB2021 version. If you scan describe the steps that lead to any trouble and provide any screenshots, that would help greatly in reproducing the trouble on our end so we can fix. Also note the CB2021 build number you are using.
  18. Not today...Pete and company are prepping for CB2021's release
  19. I will bring it up in our next production meeting to get this revisited for you.
  20. Apologizes for the confusion, we are aware of it and the programming team is currently working on getting it fixed. Keep an eye out on our main website, FB page, and/or email... we'll make an official announcement when CB2021 is full released at which time you should be able to launch into it properly.
  21. Hey Greg, breakdown your steps for us so we can replicate them and email them to support@comicbase.com so our programming team can look further into it.
  22. Hey Robert, email our support team at support@comicbase.com on this one; our programming team can look further into it.
