  1. Apparently in the main Print Window, the 'Export' button was never intended to be active for Divider Labels (so its a bug). Alternatively, If you hit 'Preview' button instead, on the preview window that pops up you'll have an export button at the top/left of the interface so you can save out the labels.
  2. do you have any protection software like Norton or MacAfee? you may have to setup a program exception for ComicBase.
  3. if you change the Printer from 'Microsoft Print to PDF' to your actual desired printer, do you still get the error?
  4. we'll take a look at the pricing on that comic...thanks for the heads up.
  5. the latest program installer for 2020 i believe should solve that problem for you, you can download it from your online account here: https://www.comicbase.com/mycb/Registrations.aspx
  6. make sure you are using the latest build for CB2020 (v20.0.3.3829), you can download/install the latest CB2020 program installer from your online account here: https://www.comicbase.com/mycb/Registrations.aspx Next, make sure in Sidekick's settings, that in the General Tab you have the desired database listed. If you don't see it, feel free to add it. Subtract any database from the list you don't use. Also, in the Schedule Tab, review what is set there. Ideally you want to schedule any of the options at a time when your computer is on and you're not using the main ComicBase software. Try to update after in Sidekick and see if that helps. If the problem persists, please email our team at support@comicbase.com
  7. please screenshot the Print options you selected so we can replicate the problem.
  8. Outside of covers, all other system files are preset to be installed in specific locations on your computer. We would not advise you to move them around.
  9. head to comicbase.com, My Account Menu>Profile
  10. It's actually being looked into for the next release.
  11. After you do some scanning through the mobile app, hop on your computer and launch ComicBase. Go the Internet Menu>Check for New Sales and Purchases - this will sync what you added through the app into your database on the computer.
  12. Before you enter comics using the app, make sure you also link your database to the app... to do this, launch ComicBase on your computer, go the File Menu>Collection Statistics - this shows your current collection value AND on the backend links your db to the mobile app.
  13. go into the File Menu>File Tools>Rebuild Lists... Select the first 3 options then hit the Rebuild button afterwards, try to run the report and see if you're successful. If you still have trouble please screenshot the report options you picked and we'll try to replicate the problem on our end.
  14. download/install the latest build (in case your running an older version) for CB2020 from your online account here and see if it helps: https://www.comicbase.com/mycb/Registrations.aspx Restart the software, go the File Menu>File Tools>Optimize - this will help smooth up your database afterwards, try to print a report. if you still have trouble, please email our team at support@comicbase.com and detail out the steps you did to produce the error.
  15. I'm not too familiar with this series so i don't know if they should go under the main Pop Gun War title. With that said, if the indicia states them with different title names, I'm ok with just spinning them into their own titles.
  16. What item type did you set the listing to? I wonder if you named the jpeg with the correct image type abbreviation. Feel free to include screenshots so we have better idea how things are setup on your end.
  17. If you go the Setup Menu>Items Type, switch to the 'Book' category and you can see the full list of abbreviations you need to consider when you name the pic file
  18. Images on AA were always intended to be stock-like; i can suggest it to the team for consideration.
  19. AA uses the Master ComicBase Cover Library. AA doesn't offer the ability to show your own personal copy of a cover.
  20. new build is up... head here to download/install the revised CB2020 program installer (v20.0.3.3828): https://www.comicbase.com/mycb/Registrations.aspx
  21. we'll update for the next content update. thanks for the heads up.
