I am again experiencing this issue. I save reports and they don’t appear until hours or sometimes days later. Very frustrating.

All those steps didn't work out for you?

It appears I didn't successfully uninstall SAP Crystal Reports before.  I uninstalled and repeated the remaining steps, and it worked!!  Thanks!

I am having the same problem and would like to know the solution.

I tried to preview top gainers and loser as well and it was hung up for minutes and never generated the report.

I have the exact same issue.  Also very slow to try and generate a report.  No other changes to the computer and I have an I7 and 16 GB of ram.  If there is a fix, please kindly let me know.
