I tried to Dl the Crystal reports and the newest edition of comic base express which is 22. After uninstall and reboot and reinstall still not working. Tried tech support for my machine and they are at a loss. They did things way above my head and they can't find an error with the machine as to why it won't work.

I have the same issue. Repeated process 5 times still can not run the reports
