    Getting an email error answering Pete. So posting here... Hi Pete. I turned the firewall off. When I hit the "Save to Cloud" button I get the error immediately. Prior to this when Sidekick has been running I would wake up each morning and see that error. The last successful backup was 5/20. I always update (each week?) when any new updates come out.

    Trying to update and I'm getting this... I even unstalled and reinstalled the newest version from Registration, but it still asks for an update.

    Good to know. Not that I'm planning on it, but FYI. If I started a new/different subscription, would the old one be pro-rated as a refund?

    Pete, I backed it up, do I need to physically send (via email) or do they have the option to look on the server side?

    Also I had someone buy a book that was already sold. I run my inventory IMMEDIATELY upon sales notification, and also I had a book priced wrong. I sold a Supergirl #1 in NM- condition for $11.50 and it should have been $93. I'm definitely experiencing EXPENSIVE growing pains with CB/Atomic Avenue.

    I ran a yearly report for sales. I have only had 3 sales on Atomic Avenue, so this pic represents EVERYTHING. Those totals are whack. What could be causing that?

    Pete. I just wanted to tell you how much I am enjoying ComicBase. I really appreciate the software, it's many great features, and the fact that it works with the AtomicAvenue.com online sales platform.

    I collected pretty heavily in the 80s as a teen, then left the hobby. I lugged about a 5-600 book collection around with me for 40 years, and between 2009 and 2014 I more than doubled the size of my collection to  (much to my surprise) over 1600+ books.

    I purchased CB in June 2022 (Archive Edition) and having all the covers REALLY(!!!) helped when entering the collection. I recently completed adding everything in and put it all for sale on Atomic Avenue. Two orders popped almost immediately. So I'm using the Gemini mailers and the whole process has been equal parts exhausting and fun.

    I'm so glad to have had your software and be able to move these books out to some new friends to enjoy now that I've had my fill.

    Also, FANTASTIC customer service. I was the one you mentioned on this week's stream about the divider labels being tweaked. I went round and round and sent in many screen shots about that, and they got it all fixed up "real purdy like".

    I watch the stream every week now, but unfortunately never live. I have IRL gaming at my house Wednesdays noon - 6 pm so I cant' catch it.

    Anyway, THANX SO MUCH Pete for all the great things you're doing, and I hope to sell my collection over time, and even if it all goes fast, there's always the 40 books I'm sending in to CGC that'll be back in the year 2050, so there's that. HAHA!

    Me too. I started a few weeks ago and I've entered 1,385 books. Got a couple hundred to go, then I hit the "FOR SALE" and Atomic Avenue has another 1600+ books for sale. Most important part is I need those divider labels so I can organize the collection. When someone buys, I can FIND the book(s). HA!

    Well I haven't yet because I don't like the cutoffs, but I will be using Avery 5260.

    Any way to change the font on the labels, so it doesn't cut off titles?
