I second this.
Thoughts?

Looks fixed. THANX!

Weird, why would it try to update what you already have?

As a work-around until this is fixed, you can try using menu item Setup->Preferences, and near, the top, Unchecking 'Check for interim updates'.
This should stop it from looking for a program update and go to the content update.Except I WANT the update. Ha

The way it works,is:
If you renew your current Edition, then, Yes, the year a tacked on to the end of your current expiration date. (i.e. Archive to Archive).
However, if you upgrade (or down-grade) to a different Edition, then , No, the year starts from your purchase date. (i.e. Pro too Archive).
Good to know. Not that I'm planning on it, but FYI. If I started a new/different subscription, would the old one be pro-rated as a refund?
-
If we purchase a renewal at the discount does it just add a year onto our subscription?

Looks good Pete. I notice there's new functionality there.

It is set to 150%.

Uh...

Yikes!
ThanX Pete for that explanation. I sure don't envy all the programming that goes into all of this... HA!

Pete, I backed it up, do I need to physically send (via email) or do they have the option to look on the server side?

Also I had someone buy a book that was already sold. I run my inventory IMMEDIATELY upon sales notification, and also I had a book priced wrong. I sold a Supergirl #1 in NM- condition for $11.50 and it should have been $93. I'm definitely experiencing EXPENSIVE growing pains with CB/Atomic Avenue.

Me too. I started a few weeks ago and I've entered 1,385 books. Got a couple hundred to go, then I hit the "FOR SALE" and Atomic Avenue has another 1600+ books for sale. Most important part is I need those divider labels so I can organize the collection. When someone buys, I can FIND the book(s). HA!

Programming team believes they pinned down the problem; we've just released CB2023 program installer (v23.0.0.1913). Download it from your online account here:
https://www.comicbase.com/mycb/Registrations.aspx
Try it out and let us know how you make out.
Seems to have fixed it nicely. My THANX to you Mark, and the team!

what label type are you using?
Well I haven't yet because I don't like the cutoffs, but I will be using Avery 5260.

the update points are tied to the collection database ID number. If you intend to erase and start over (to have no update points for that graph), just create a new database (via the File Menu).
If I create a new database wont' it be blank?
-
So can I backup the database, erase it, and redo it? Would that clear previous data points?
