I have an older computer with an older version operating system.  Its got VISTA on it.  I don't think the latest version of comic base will work on my computer because both the operating system and memory requirements are out of date.  If I were to get a laptop computer, do I need to load an older version of comic base on the laptop (I've got some older disk with comic base archive version on them) before I can purchase and download comic base 2020 archive in to it? Also do I need to copy my database into the laptop before I purchase 2020?
