Tried to do the content update and it just stays on initializing,for what the software costs,in getting to thinking it's a load of rubbish I'm getting nothing but problems with it

So for me this has been going on for weeks,I've tried every fix that people have suggested so won't work,so how am I supposed to upload covers which ain't in the database,it seems to me to be riddled with errors now the sidekick don't open

Not responding then the screen kind of fades,but a new problem just came up where all items appear black no red when prices increase or blue when they decrease,don't get why I'm getting all these problems
