I preface this with the comment that I know little about managing databases. I have a custom field that I use to identify what box each book is in. I want to run a report that shows me 1) how may books are in each box 2) what books are in each box Is that possible?

That worked. It didn't pull through what I renamed the column but it looks like it pulled through the data. Thanks!

I haven't been in the system for over a year. One of my projects for 2021 is to downsize my collection. As my license for last year expired I upgraded yesterday, downloaded the update, and converted my database. When I inventoried everything I had 2 years ago I created a Custom Field for Box Number. Both that label and any custom field data data I had are now completely gone. Help
