Drag N' Wheel # 59: why is the value at $8100 ?

I own a VF copy of Drag N' Wheel # 59 and I cannot, for the life of me, undertsand why the ComicBase value is at $8100 in NM. What is it about this issue that makes the value so high? I have done all the searches I can think of and find nothing to justify this price. Help?

You might have more luck posting this in the Content and Corrections forum, but I'd say it's off by a few decimal places. Even Mile High Comics only lists a NM copy at $113, and they always seem to price items higher than anyone else. You can also request a price check through ComicBase.

good eye catching this one, we'll look into the pricing and adjust. Use the 'request price check' option in the software's internet menu next time you notice a price needing adjustment; it's the best way to get our attention for stuff like this.
