CB 2022 Splash Image

What determines the splash image you see when starting CB 2022?  I sometimes see a pencil image and other times see a color image.  Just wondering...

Do you have CB on two different computers (or possibly with two different logon ids)?
In general, the people who order CB before the final color image was avaialble got the install with the Pencil splash start up.
It should always use the same splash startup image until (and this is where it gets a little fuzzy)...
You uninstall CB program and CB Resources before an re-install.
However, I have done this and still got the pencil splash.
But, recently, I has reason to delete items from Windows %tmp% folder.
When I installed the next build of CB, I got the color splash.

But it should be one or the other. It shouldn't switch back and forth between them.

I kept doing the updates and it stayed as a sketch. I uninstalled before the latest update and it switched. So there you go.
