Country icon broken

The first thing I would try is use File->File Tools and run Optimize database.

If that doesn't help, you can try to Uninstall / Reinstall CB:

Use Window Apps to uninstall ComicBase and ComicBase Resources.

From CB website, use My Accounts->Registrations then click the green arrow next to your active version of CB to get to the download.

After downloading, install it,

NOTE: Uninstalling/Reinstalling does NOT affect your Database or the Pictures/Media you have.

PS You can check on you C drive in Users\Public\Documents\Human Computing\Flags to ensure you have the country flags.
