Sentient (TKO Studios) -Slipcased Box Set - how to enter?

I have the Sentient (TKO Studios) Deluxe HC...I also have the Slipcased Box Set of the single issues. Not sure how to add this. This is NOT the trade-paperback. This is literally a Boxed Set containing the 6 loose individual single issue comicbooks. I will attach the scans for the front and back cover of the box here. The back has the bar-code info.

Try 'CS 1'

Here are some examples:

'Harvey Horrors Collected Works: Chamber of Chills'   CS 1 'Slipcover with 5 volumes. Collects #1-26'
'Doubt (Ki-oon)'                                      CS 1 'The complete 4 volumes'
'Firefly (Boom!)'                                     CS 1 'Includes all 8 regular covers #1, 1A thru 1E, 1G, 1H, the Box Set exclusive variant 1I, graphic novel Firefly Legacy Edition Book One and an exclusive art print by Dylan Todd'

CS (Collector's Set) is sort of a 'catch-all' when multiple items are included in a single 'issue'.
