how do i do this,and where is the update version download and where do it get,ive tried to up date it comes up modify delete and cancel

There are a couple of ways.
1) From inside CB, use menu item Internet->Check for Updates (you may need to use Setup->Preferences and check the box for interim builds).
2) Go to CB website, and select My Account->Registrations. Click on the green arrow next to your valid subscription to get to the download.

PS I just updated so if there was a problem earlier, it may be cleared up now.

Hmm... May be a problem with a specific edition. I have the 4K Archive Edition.

if i cant do updates the program aint much use to me afraid

With all the behind the scene changes needed for the rollout of the improved Free, Express, and Pro Editions, they probably just missed one.

What Edition do you have?

I have the Professional Edition and I'm seeing the same issue. 

When I download from my registration page, the page says it's 2025.5.0 (2076), but the metadata on the downloaded file says 25.1.1.1977. You can see that it was downloaded at 4:28 pm EST today. Running the update shows no apparent result.

When I try the update from the Setup menu, it goes thru the motions with still no apparent result. If I "check for updates" a second time, I'm told that 2076 is available and am asked if I want to install it.

Upon re-launch after attempting both methods, the splash and "About" pages still show 25.1.1.1977.

Hope that will help someone track this down.

yeah i did email support but had no reply,bit dissapointed really as thought they might of sorted it by now,or at least replied,but yeah like you im getting nowhere with it

@Tom Carnduff I think the links should be fixed. Try downloading/upgrading the Professional Edition (the Express link was fixed).

Thank you, sir. All is well...I guessed that it would be a different result as soon as I saw the "Plus" in the file name.
