Divided Labels

When I try and print a divider label im able to pick out my printer but can't find my label template on the list even though I have downloaded the template as it wasn't in existing templates

I downloaded from Avery.com/template. But it doesn't appear in the comic base drop down menu so can't choose it

Which Avery template are you trying to use?

I don't think the Label list in CB dynamically created based on 'installed' template downloads.

Instead, I think they are hard-coded to a set list.

If you supply the information about the Avery Label you want to use, maybe it will get added to CB.

I called CB support this morning and was told they don't support that template as of yet.  The strange thing I couldn't understand is I tried the 5 Avery Templates that pop up in the drop down menu on CB and all 5 of them printed bigger than what would fit on the divider anyway. The divider stickers I currently have is Avery template 5167.

It looks like the newest CB update (25.5.1) 'Adds support for Avery 5167 and 5266 Labels for title dividers'.

I downloaded newest update but I didn't see the Avery 5167 yet.

Nevermind I had to do a full update from internet tab. Tyvm

Looks like im back to square one. I was able to see the Avery 5167 but could only print once then received an error. Now I can't even access the divider tab without seeing the same error.

You're using the most up-to-date version of CB2025 (v 25.5.1 Build 2195)? What are the steps you do to reproduce the error because we're not able to get the problem when we try?
