The title on the cover and on the title page (it actually is not given on the indicia page) is in all caps, so I leave it to the CB editors to decide whether to capitalize "The" or not. There is no colon in the title. Please also note that there is a hardcover and a paperback version of this item.

There is both a trade paperback edition and a hardcover edition. Based on the cover price, it looks like the issue #1 that is listed for this title in the database is the tpb, so the hardcover still needs to be added. I've made the submission from my database.
