You are entering or selling a stack of comics.  Focus on the Find Bar, scan the first UPC, ComicBase finds the Title, finds the specific issue, and focuses on the Quantity field, ready for you to enter a new Quantity Value.  Refocus on the Find bar, scan the next book and repeat.

You're verifying the contents of a box.  Focus on the Find bar, scan the first UPC, ComicBase finds the Title, finds the specific issue, and focuses on the Quantity field, but you aren't interested in changing the Quantity.  To repeat, you need to refocus on the Find bar and scan the next book. 

 

In Comic Lookup Mode, instead of focusing on the Quantity Field, focus would return to the Find bar, ready for you to scan the next UPC.
