Craig A. Guerin
Hi I keep getting this message when adding issues or getting updates. I went to restore lists but it only fixed the first issue but not the second. Thanks
Craig A. Guerin
It looks like my database has custom date 1, custom date 2 = 31/12/1899 which is causing this error. Any ideas how to delete it?

Peter R. Bickford
Download the latest build (#3232) from My Account > Registrations, then do a File > File Tools > Rebuild Lists / Item Information. If you still have trouble after that, please contact support directly at support@comicbase.com
Peter R. Bickford
I think we just found the issue—download v3246 (under My Account > Registrations) and see if it doesn’t fix things for you. Best, -Pete
Jeff Chahal
Just updated to the latest version and am now getting the error below when I check for updates.
Mark J. Castaneda
you're using build 3246? Not getting the trouble on my end. Does the error occur right after you click the 'Check for Updates' option? Or do you have specific update options selected that may cause this (feel free to screenshot your options)? *try going into the File Menu>File Tools and run the Optimize Database AND Rebuild Lists (Series info & Item Info options) and see if that helps; try to update afterwards. Jeff Chahal
Did the selections from the Tools menu and still getting the same error, it happens as soon as a I hit the 'Check for Updates' button and yes it's version 3246. Screen shot below is from after following the instructions above.
