Mind MGMT New & Improved is published by Oni, not Matt Kindt. I am guessing the confusion came in on the book labeled #1 which was an ashcan flipbook with Fort Psycho. I would suggest moving the #1 to the title "Mind MGMT/Fort Psycho."

Back on Mind MGMT New & Improved, #1-C doesn't exist in the way it looks in CB. #1-C is actually a catch-all for the blind bag variants. So far, all of the opened copies I have seen have the same UPC and are labeled "CVR C" followed by a description of the cover. They were broken out into Artist Variants, "Error" Variants (made to look like mistakes but are actually printed as intended), Foil Variants, and the extremely limited "U.S.S.A." Variants. I just submitted all of the individual variants but if #1-C is removed, they will all be move up one spot in the order.
