Kaleb Swenson
I need a little help here. Purchased a mini computer (it's so tiny!) to replace my old laptop. I paid attention about speed so I now have 16MB Ram with the M.2 SSD. I have transferred my pictures to another SSD drive that I added. I am running Win10. Everything is lightning fast. Having one issue though. When I try to print a report I get the following error: I am apparently missing some files? What do I need to download to fix this issue? Thank you, Kaleb
Mark J. Castaneda
download/install the latest build (in case your running an older version) for CB2020 from your online account here and see if it helps: https://www.comicbase.com/mycb/Registrations.aspx Restart the software, go the File Menu>File Tools>Optimize - this will help smooth up your database afterwards, try to print a report. if you still have trouble, please email our team at support@comicbase.com and detail out the steps you did to produce the error. Kaleb Swenson
Just an FYI, I already downloaded the latest version (.3829) from my registration page to load on the new computer. I did go ahead and optimize my database. I go to Report>(choose any report)>(choose Print or Preview)>Error message
Mark J. Castaneda
go into the File Menu>File Tools>Rebuild Lists... Select the first 3 options then hit the Rebuild button afterwards, try to run the report and see if you're successful. If you still have trouble please screenshot the report options you picked and we'll try to replicate the problem on our end.
