Hello - I just updated my software to the 2021 Archive Edition, but I'm getting the error below when I try to log in.  My subscription is paid up through September 2021. Any help would be appreciated.  Thanks.

Apologizes for the confusion, we are aware of it and the programming team is currently working on getting it fixed.

Keep an eye out on our main website, FB page, and/or email... we'll make an official announcement when CB2021 is full released at which time you should be able to launch into it properly.

We sent serial numbers out to all users with active subscriptions last nigh. If you're having trouble using the software, try re-downloading it from My Account >Registrations, and contact support@comicbase.com directly with your user ID if you still need help.

I just got off the phone with Pete and it looks like the culprit is the Regional Format Setting. Mine was set to English (Canada). As soon as we set it to English (United States) it worked. 

Pete said he'll work on the fix after he's done with Thanksgiving, but in the meantime switching to English (United States) under Regional Format should get things working.
