Scott Edwards Posted June 11, 2021 Share Posted June 11, 2021 Hello, So, this isn't the end of the world or anything, but I've had the ComicBase Express Software since December 2020, I've entered over six thousand comics into my database, I've done updates many times, etc. Yet so far the only badge showing on my profile is the one for "Welcome Back! Mark J. Castaneda Posted June 18, 2021 Share Posted June 18, 2021 We noticed you had 2 databases linked to your account with the same database name that could be confusing the system. We cleared the problem on our end; in the software, go to the File Menu>Collection Statistics - this should link the proper database to your account and hopefully get you more badges if you met the requirements.
