[Unable to launch ComicBase 2023]

After installing CB2023, when I attempt to launch the application I get the following window pop up.

The remains for perhaps half a minute  then closes and the application never launches.  Anyone else having this?

[WEB report problem]

Is anyone else having difficulty getting reports saved to the web?  I've not been successful. The only times in the past few days I've been able to get new reports to the web is when I send an email to tech support and someone manually moves them for me.   Both times I recieved a response that a bad database was jamming up the reporting system. Just wondering if I'm the only one experiencing this.
