Hi 70 year old man here ,can not seem to figure out how to get data base to new PC from a windows 10 to a windows 11 OMG plz help can't even get the files on a thumb drive .

This happens to me also J.Smythe 

 

I've redownloaded the software twice and when updating it stops halfway , it keeps telling me unhandled exception has occurred,   database disk image is malformed,it also tells me informed to click continue to ignore but all it does is nothing plz help

My Backups are not showing up on web page what am I doing wrong ? I've been backing up with the sidekick with the program closed.

In order to scan do I have to use ComicBase scanner or can I get one from Amazon ?

 

Scanner light comes on but will not scan or beep , tried resetting to factory settings but will not read anything .
