    Try: For Checked: I.[CustomCheck2] = TRUE For Unchecked: I.[CustomCheck2] = FALSE PS You could use 1 instead of TRUE or 0 instead of FALSE (a checkbox is a binary choice) but TRUE and FALSE are a little clearer what you are doing.
