will be added to the upcoming content update.
-
we'll forward this to our editorial team to get added to the upcoming content update.
-
-try installing the revised CB2024 program installer from your online account here: https://www.comicbase.com/mycb/Registrations.aspx
-restart your computer then relaunch ComicBase
-Go the File Menu>File Tools>Optimize database
-lastly, see if the problem still occurs
If you still have trouble, e-mail our support team directly at support@comicbase.com

can re-verify the dimensions for that particular cover image for Power Pack: Grow Up #1 in your Picture folder? Just curious what you it is despite what your screenshot states
-
Not familiar with this title (must have come in through a user submission). If they're numbered official #1 and #2 then we can roll them into 1 title.
-
This one was a tough call. The publisher isn't clear if the previous 2 Harris series has to do with their numbering approach; so we started at the first series published by Dynamite that being Vampirella (3rd Series).
-
same exact screenshot (same dimensions noted for both files)?
-
-Overall currency displayed are controlled by your local Windows region settings
-the values themselves will be calculated by the database current set currency. You can adjust that under the File Menu>Collection Statistics>Database Info Icon>click on currently set currency
-
sounds like a book rather than comic book
-
In your initial screenshot, which of the 3 database files you use is noted in the full database file path?
-
With the database file noted in the file path in your screenshot, is it backed up to our cloud so we can inspect it? If not, use Sidekick's 'Save to Cloud' option to do that.
Afterwards, please e-mail us at support@comicbase.com once the 'Save to Cloud' option completes and our tech support team will take a closer look at your db file.
-
unfortunately not.
I'll forward up your message up to the dev team, maybe something can be done in the future.

There's a new build for CB2024 that should address the problem. Download/install it and let us know how you make out with it.

I'll notify our programming team what you guys are running into.

[-Viridae] is a kickstarter comic submitted to us by a user. Yeah, definitely doesn't search well on AA. We'll need to look into that.
-
What's the proper cover for #1? Currently looks the same as the correct cover for #3
-
thanks for the info. Editorial team will take a deep dive in adding the missing issues.
-
Looks like it should be added under IDW Catalog as WS 2024
-
Funded on Indiegogo can be mentioned in the notes field for all issues then.
-
All issues funded on Indiegogo or just the #2s?
-
Thanks for the info, Editorial team will look into it.

See how this week's weekly content update scheduled for Wednesday evening (2/14) does to your stats after you downloaded it. If no change occurs, reach out to the support team directly at support@comicbase.com.
-
Thanks. we updated the cover image.
*we noticed when attempting to drop in your cover the file extension was .jpeg. If you have trouble linking it to your database, the proper file extension should be .jpg

We don't have it. You can submit it under Soulfire (Michael Turner’s…) SE 1/C
