No Livestream scheduled for this week (8/3/2022).
-
You're correct Greg, this one will be moved to Magazines with the upcoming content update.

Pete said the following can be the cause...
"You'll get that error if you already have a web browser window open--that unrecognized report is a html file, so it wants to launch a browser window and present you the report data, but Windows get confused if there's already a browser window open."
-
Another user reported the same problem with his Archive Edition (v1708). Not sure what's causing the problem. I'm not getting the problem myself.
I'll let Pete know of this thread for him to investigate further (he's out of town for rest of the week).
-
odd... Ran an update on my database and it works normally for me when i click the 'view unrecognized items' link.
Can you replicate on an entirely different database file?
anyone else have the same problem?
-
i'm told the webteam is still investigating the problem.

email our support team at support@comicbase.com and explain your setup and what you've tried so far. We'll forward your message to the programming team for further assistance.

Anything off with Atomic Avenue should be reported on their forum (https://forums.atomicavenue.com/) OR even better their team directly (email - support@atomicavenue.com) for a faster response.
-
if you have one of our 2 new current model scanners, we did revised the 'Easy Setup' section of the setup sheet not too long ago. To download and print it out, check out this link: https://www.comicbase.com/mycb/Products/barcodesetup.aspx
-
thanks. we'll linked the proper cover image to the 1/H listing in the database.
-
how long has this behavior with the scanner been happening for you with CB2022?
-
Heard this morning they had some server trouble that's been fixed.
*any issues with atomic ave should be reported on their forum as the team over there can address faster. You can also email their team at support@atomicavenue.com

can you provide a screenshot of your label so we know what it looks like?
I assume you're not just randomly scanning, you scan your label when you're cursor is in the Find Box at the top of the main screen interface?
-
Do the Following:
Go into your Windows Start Menu>Settings>Applications
-uninstall your CB2022 edition
-uninstall your CB2022 resource listing
-uninstall your SAP Crystal Report listing (you noted you 'installed' it in your initial post)
-lastly, download/install the revised CB2022 program installer from your online account here:

It's in the master database but we don't have a cover image in place for it & an item description who did the cover art. We'll need to take care of that for the next content update.
-
We have this already in the database as I Am Batman #1/D
-
thanks for the info. I'll notify the Ed. Team to add this to the upcoming content update.
-
thanks for all the info. I'll let Pete know.
-
Ed. Team is not finding evidence on it either, we'll remove it.

We forwarded the email you sent out team to our programming team. Are you able to provide a photo/pic of how the labels appear when printed out? We're curious how it looks
