head to your online account here and update your password: https://www.comicbase.com/mycb/ChangePassword.aspx
*password requirements
-only use letters and numbers; no special characters
-at least 6 characters in length
-include at least 1 capped letter and 1 number
after updating the password, in the ComicBase software, go the internet menu>login information and enter your revised login credentials. See if that helps when you try to submit corrections.

there is a new Digital (Dig) Item Variation you can select if you have the latest build for CB2021. Sounds like this issues should be set as #0-Dig

However, the database lists the individual items under this title as TPB. These are definitely not trade paperbacks, the construction is very much stapled comic books. There is apparently "Comic Book" listed as a choice under the "Binding Type" pull-down menu, so I think that this would be a place to use that selection.
This does open up a bigger issue: there are lots of comic books in the database that are just pin-ups and cover galleries (here are some examples). If Exotic Fantasy belongs in books, then so do all or most of the comics shown at the link. Is it HC's intention to move all of these out of the Comics category and into the Books category?
This looks like it should go back to comics.
When we did our initial scrub of moving titles to different categories before the recent AtomicAvenue.com website update; our editorial team might have anciently moved some titles over to Books when they should have stayed. If you notice any more that are questionable, please let us know.

A user submission created the Hellboy (Pocket Books) title. Sounds like they were wrong to list it the way its set up currently. Best thing would be to delete the title then create separate titles for what you noted. Expect to see the changes in our next content update.

Programming team had to restart Jimmy last night so there's a batch of users reports that need to get processed. Check back in a hour (maybe 2) and see if yours shows up.

seems to working okay for me when i exit either by File Menu>Exit OR hitting the X button at the top-right of the main interface window. You exiting one of those 2 ways?
And what edition are you running...Archive, Professional or Express?

If the back you have is in the old .cba format; it should be convertable with CB2021

let me draft out what we're thinking for these...
Example for Cover A:
-The notes for these should be look something like "Remastered Edition Cover A; includes supplement book"; item number should be set to #10-A
-if there's a gold cover for this Cover A; then set the item number to #10-A-2; notes should state "Remastered Edition Gold Cover A; includes supplement book"
-the rest of the variants would follow this pattern
Thoughts?
*for the supplement book not sure what to set this as just yet; we don't think 'ashcan' is a good fit. How would you describe the contents for this? Mostly text and design commentary?

When you get your copy, peek through the book and verify the info that's claimed in the weblink you provided. Also curious what the indicia will officially state the title/issue as too.

really strange... these mention images don't appear in the publisher folders our master database uses when pushing content updates. I'll report it to the programming team.

Are you getting a copy for yourself? Would like to confirm all the things they claim before we decide on how to approach indexing them.

try going into your online profile here: https://www.comicbase.com/mycb/Profile.aspx
scroll down to the 'Known Databases' section remove all the databases you have listed.
Send up a fresh report from the software afterwards and see if the report appears properly.
