we'll double-check this title and make sure everything matches up for the next content update if anything is off.

Find and Replace got removed with the new version.
The workaround would be to run your search first then with the results that come up, select all (Ctrl+A) then apply a quick change (edit menu).
-
you're running an older build version, try downloading the revised CB2020 program installer from your online account and see if it helps.
-
thanks for the info. We'll get these shifted over the next content update.
-
Try converting your original .cba file with the latest CB2020 build and see if all your custom field data transfers over.
*the latest build is available under your online account here if you need to download it:

any new variant you add that isn't already present in our Master db, you'll want to send in a correction for asap so we can add it to Master Database for the next content update. Also wouldn't hurt to send us a quick email (support@comicbase.com) just as a heads up so our editorial team knows to check for those corrections for you.
-
if we accept a correction from you you should get a correction point.
Keep in mind we get blitz with corrections daily so there's a chance someone will send the same info before you.

This feature suggestion has been shared with our programming team for consideration. No decision at this time has been made if it'll be worked in.
-
unfortunately its not an option with the Express.
-
thanks for the info. we'll add these in for this week's content update.
-
can you scan a the covers and post them here? Would help visually tracking them down.
-
thanks Rob. we'll include it with the upcoming content update.
-
Unfortunately we can't change the title name because its been like this for quite awhile and users have inventory recorded under it.
-
message Pete on Slack with this question.

you can access the update report for the latest content update here: http://comicbase.com/UpdateReports/Current_Update_Report.asp

It's most likely that special (è) in the 2nd word in the title name that's being problematic. I'll let our programming team know about it.
-
you may be running an older build for CB2020. Download/install the latest program installer from your online account here and let us know if it works out for you: https://www.comicbase.com/mycb/Registrations.aspx

20.0.2.3250 is available which is addresses this date problem. download/install it from your online account here: https://www.comicbase.com/mycb/Registrations.aspx
Let us know how you make out.

you're using build 3246? Not getting the trouble on my end.
Does the error occur right after you click the 'Check for Updates' option? Or do you have specific update options selected that may cause this (feel free to screenshot your options)?
*try going into the File Menu>File Tools and run the Optimize Database AND Rebuild Lists (Series info & Item Info options) and see if that helps; try to update afterwards.

This kinda of thing has happen to other titles were publishers change. We are keeping thing as is (we really don't want to mess with ppls inventories by change things up) .

if you have a document program like MS Word or even Notepad, scan the barcode off the label and see how the digits show up. We're curious if the scanner is picking up all the characters in the code or not.
Also, are you using the scanner we sell on our website?

AA doesn't support your custom grade (NM-); that's why it isn't showing up on AA when you try to sell. I suggest using conditions/grades CB is already built with.

I'll have to re-inquire about this one for you.
