Try re-running the content update

The labels should print in the order they were scanned in. That's the way its been for many versions. You might want to consider doing your title/issue sort before scanning and printing labels.

What order are they being printed? They way they were scanned in?

On an empty database, I set Custom Field 1 to 8 for several issues.
This was on the regular grid and worked successfully.
Ran a Find for Custom Field 1 where equal to 8
Selected all the issues and selected Quick Change.
Got the error message.
However, when I clicked 'Continue', it brought up a window with 'Change: Custom Field 1' but 'To:' had a Date filed format of options. (see attached)Definitely something the programming team will have to fix.

1st off, download/install the latest version of ComicBase from your registrations page and see if that helps.

If not, please screenshot your print settings so our programming team can try replicate the problem.

I'm confused what issue number you're having trouble with. The barcode you mentioned is for #7/C then your description afterwards talks about #1. Please clarify...

If not, uninstall the ComicBase
Download/install the revised CB2024 Express program installer from your online account here: https://www.comicbase.com/mycb/Registrations.aspx
Start up the software afterwards and see if that helps.

Do you get the same problem updating a totally different database file? I'm curious if you're main database could be damaged in way that it can't process the update file. You can create a new database through the file menu to test that theory.

From the info provided by Diamond
Bk 1/HC (ISBN # 978196226508957500) is the Direct Market Edition
Bk 1/A (No ISBN #; just UPC #61499847345800111) is the Oversized Reserve Hardcover. If it helps, Diamond notes the dimensions as 10 9/16" x 13 1/4"
My gut tells me Bk 1/A may be the same as what you're trying to add in if the dimensions match up.

Honestly, we're not sure. There's isn't a lot of online data to tell whether our Bk 1/A is the same or not with what you're trying to add (at this time).

-Download/install the most up-to-date version of CB2024 from your online account here: https://www.comicbase.com/mycb/Registrations.aspx
-Restart your computer then startup the main CB2024 software
-File Menu>File Tools>Optimize Database
-Afterwards, re-try downloading the weekly content update.
