When you open File->File Tools and click on 'Manage Pictures and Movies', what is the jpath for 'Location for Pictures and Logs'.
Is it 'Downloads'?
Because the location you are showing for 1-C in file explore is in Downloads.
If it is somewhere else, try moving the 1-C picture there and see what happens. -
I can confirm the behavior described in my database
When you run a Find, the first row displayed will have NULL changed to 0 for all Picture fields (Width, Height, Size, Modified).
This only happens to the first row on the initial display and the displayed value is not changed until after you leave the Find display. As example (using made-up info for demo purposes):
Run Advanced Find: I.PictureHeight IS NULL
1st row has the 4 Picture fields displayed as 'empty' (NULL).
Note Title and Issue Number.
Go to that Title and examine the issue number.
The Picture fields are now, 0, 0, 0 and date/time valuesNOTE: This only affects the first row. If, in the same Find display, you order the rows to make a different Title/Issue the first row, the Picture fields do NOT change when you view them in the Title.
Fred, as a work-around until this changes you can use:
I.CustomField2 LIKE "%10/16/25%" AND (I.PictureHeight IS NULL OR I.PictureHeight = 0)

MyComicShop has it as 2024 but I think that is an error (cover is still per-publication).
Midtown Comics has the release date as 12/10/2025 (more likely as the UPC matches).
NOTE: Publisher is 'Comic House'The date was probably a typo (2022 instead of 2025).

If you look on Atomic Avenue, you can see that they already have a DM cover for #212 in 'Avengers, The'.
PS: If you are unsure and you want to check without looking on AA, you can Delete (or move it out of the folder), then, after refreshing the display (scrolling should do it), and download the cover. If it is the same incorrect cover, it needs replacing. If it is the correct cover, it doesn't (although if it is a small correct cover, you could try replacing it with a larger one.)

There could be a few possibilities why you can't find 'Johnny the Homicidal Maniac'.
A) If you have the display set to Show Only Owned Items, the issues you don't own won't show up (and the Title won't show up if you don't own any issues in it). You can change this a couple of ways: click the View drop-down box (top-left corner), move the pointer to Items to Show, and select All Items. (you can do the same thing in the bottom-right corner if you select the 'Show Status Bar' from the same View drop-down box).
B) When running a Content Update (Internet->Check for Updates...), there is a line with a check box 'Exclude Mature Titles From Database'.
If you had this checked, the title would be removed from your database (assuming you don't own any issues). You can get it back by running the Content Update (you can hold the SHIFT key down while selecting the menu item to re-run the update) and unchecking that box.
C) This shouldn't be needed but you can use File->File Tools and select Rebuild Lists. Select at least the first two check boxes (selecting more won't hurt). This may rebuild some lists that may be affecting the display.

Is this what you are looking for:

No need to apologize and it can be confusing.
A little background:
When CB first started (back in the dark ages...) Titles and Issues were pretty straight forward. You had a Title and an Issue. For example if you looked for Avengers #10, there was 1 Avengers title and only a single issue #10.
Over time, titles ended and restarted with the same name (Which 'Avengers' the first or second series?) and a few variants popped up (gold foil, Prism, etc.) and CB attempted to address this with Types (Christmans Special, Yearbook, etc.) and Variations (Dynamic Forces, Gold Foil, etc.).
More time passes and variations 'explode' all over place in ungodly numbers. To address this, CB just went with Letters/Numbers ( A, B, V, v-29, etc.). They had to leave the old 'obsolete' Types and Variations to accommadate issues that had been around a long time and changing them would affect everyone's collections. In other words, what 'seemed like a good idea' at the time in the past has lead to some inconsistent entries in CB.
Now that we are up-to-date with the current CB database, you have to keep in mind that most all the common Title/Issue information entered into CB originates from the Preview/Pre-Order information supplied by the Publisher/Distributors. This means that things like 'Cover x' being on the cover and UPC values may not (probably aren't) available when they get entered.
Which is a long way to getting to your quesiton...
This is a short column list of what My database has for Kendra #1:
Item Cover UPC Item Description
Price1/A 4.99 61072111017100111 Cover A by Ben Dunn
1/B 19.99 61072111017100121 Cover B by Kelsey Shannon
1/C 0.00 Kickstarter Cover C A by Ben Dunn
1/D 0.00 Kickstarter Cover D B by Shigari
1/E 0.00 Kickstarter Cover E C by Shigari
1/F 0.00 Kickstarter Cover F D by Nichelle Fraga
1/G 0.00 Kickstarter "Heavy Metal" Prism Foil Cover G by Ben Dunn
1/H 4.99 61072111017800131 Lunar Exclusive Cover H C by Ben Dunn and David HutchisonI will say that the Item Descriptions for the 'Kickstarter' issues (1/C through 1/G) look strange with 'Cover C A', 'Cover D B', 'Cover E C', and 'Cover F D'. My guess is the second letters (A, B , C, and D) should be removed leaving Cover C (for example).
But I think 1/H is the issue you submitted as it is a "Lunar Exclusive' by Ben Dunn and MyComicShop has it with the same UPC (ending in 00131).
The reason I mention all of the above, is CB can enter the Pre-Order information and assign Random/Best Guess variation letters not knowing if the actual covers have 'Cover A' on them.
In most of those instances, they will leave the Item # variation letter in place and put 'Cover x' in the Item Description. Yes, that can be confusing but so is going back and changing Item # variations (sometimes years later) when someone reports the discrepancy.-

That is hard to determine as there is little direct evidence I can find.
Some of these issues may have had a total of 4 variants (Direct:Deluxe/Standard, Newsstand: Deluxe/Standard)
Some of these issues may have had a total of 3 variants (Direct:Deluxe/Standard, Newsstand: Deluxe OR Direct:Deluxe, Newsstand: Deluxe/Standard)
Some of these issues may have had a total of 2 variants (Direct:Deluxe, Newsstand: Standard OR Direct:Deluxe, Newsstand: Deluxe OR some other combination).
Some issues photos or scans indicate one of the above set of possibilities others indicate another set of possibility.
I don't know if there is enough information to extrapolate the ALL of the issues in this time frame are just one and the same set of possibilities.
Maybe the first issues had all four combinations and the last few only had two combinations.
For example:
Uncanny X-Men #321 February 1995
Direct Deluxe $1.95
Direct Standard $1.50
Newsstand Deluxe $1.95
Newsstand Standard ?????X-Factor #113 August 1995
Direct Deluxe $1.95
Direct Standard ?????
Newsstand Deluxe ?????
Newsstand Standard $1.50 (still only $1.50)Uncanny X-Men #321 in Feb of 1995 has 3 out of 4 possibilities.
X-Factor #113 in Aug 1995 has 2 out of 4 possibilities.
Note: X-Factor #13 NS has 'Still only $1.50' on the cover which indicates NS issues before this were also $1.50. Does that mean there WAS a $1.50 NS Standard issue for Uncanny X-Men #321? It sort of looks like it but there is physical evidence (photo or scan of a cover). To summarize, these issues in that time frame are a mess and I am not sure how to 'fix' it.

The master database is theirs. If they want to put things, in Comics, Magazine or Books based on their criteria, that is what they will do.
If you think something was classified incorrectly, you can contact support and explain why you think it should be moved.
If it was put in the wrong type, and they agree, it will be moved. If they don't agree, it won't be moved.
You either follow along with what they are doing so the various information can be add/changed with the Content Update or you put then where you want and get the results you are seeing (all non-owned issues are deleted/moved to the different type and the remaining old ones are never updated with new/changed information).

If I followed you correctly, you:
Took the existing Issue #20, changed that issues to one of your JTC Exclusives with its information (Item Description,Notes, UPC)
Then you duplicated #20 and change the information to the other JTC Exclusive.
Leaving you with two #20 issues?
If you did,m then is wrong.
What you should have done is:
There are six #20 issues/variations (#20, 20/A, 20/B, 20/C, 20/D, 20/E)
If you have two more variants, the easiest thing to do would be to select #20, the Duplicate it (Items->Duplicate, CTRL+D, or right-click and select Duplicate from the pop-up menu.
Change this duplicate to the next Variation ('F' in this case), continue making changes to the information for the 'first' JTC exclusive you have.
You don't need to put the same information in both the Item Description and Notes. There is a specific format for the Item Description but I don't know the details. Hopefully the Editors can correct (if needed) when it is submitted.
Save when completed entering info.
Repeat steps for the next JTC Exclusive (Duplicate issue (the 20/F variation you just created would be best as most of the info is the same), change Variation ('G'), add other information, and save).
If you have Scans of the cover and you want to add them, you can (you would need to name the .jpg file as 20-F.jpg and 20-G.jpg using a 'dash' instead of the 'slash since Windows doesn't allow a 'slash' in a file name).
When done, if you like, you can select the issues and submit them to be included in the master database (after the editors review them).

Need a little more detail. What Report are you using and what options for that report.
One thing I noticed is 'Official Handbook of the Marvel Universe (Vol. 2)' is listed in Magazines. If you do a Comic Book report, it won't show up.
(This, of course, means you would need to do individual reports for each Type (Books, Comic Books, Magazines, and/or Newspapers) where you own items.)
However, both 'X-Men Classic' and 'Classic X-Men' should show up (assuming that you own issues in those Series).
As a general rule, I would try 'File->File Tools and use Rebuild Lists. Check at least the first two items ('Series Information' and 'List of Owned Series').
Note: It won't hurt to check others but they shouldn't affect anything to do with listing them in a report.

It also looks like, for Comics and Magazines, there is not a PSA 0.1 in there grading system.

I think the idea is a situation where you own comics in a title that is not in the correct type used in the master database.
The Update may not delete it from the (incorrect per master database) type.
You would have the option to change the media type so it does match the master database.
(Note: Doing this from memory. The ability to change Media Type was implemented before the ability for the Content Update process to move Titles to different Media Types.)
If you are trying to move content that you think should be Comics from Magazines (as an example), it will let you do that. If you want to make it 'permanent' (i.e. have the master database match what you have), you will need to contact support to see about making the change in the master database (which they may or may not do depending on the content.

You can get CB 2026 two ways:
A) in ComicBase, Use Internet->Check for Updates.
B) on CB website, under My Account->Registrations. There should be a ComicBase 2026 <your-edition> with a green arrow next to it.
As long as your subscription is not expired, click the green arrow and it will start the download process.
Once it is downloaded, click to run the installation.
---------------------
As for the Remove cover options, use the Cover Size drop-down box. there is an option of None. Selecting that will prevent covers from being shown.
-
What version are you using? The most recent version is 26.0.4.2624.
If you are not at the newest version, try installing it and see if that helps.
As for the extra large image in the top-left corner, there is a new feature where you can zoom in on a cover by using the mouse wheel (also works on the full size cover that is displayed by clicking on it next to the issue).
However, it is NOT supposed to persist. If I zoom in on the top-left image, leave and come back to the title, is back to normal size, so not quite what you are seeing.

Is there any reason you haven't installed CB 2026? It is free is your subscription is active.

I can use that and get a list but it includes the covers so there are only 10 to a page
On the report, change Cover Size to 'none'

(this is a little long and you may have already done some/all of this. This is the best I can do to have you verify everything is correct and should be working but isn't.)
On the CB website, go to My Account->Profile
Scroll down to Known Databases
If the Database: drop-down box has more than one database, Make note of the database name and the Database Id.
(each database name has a unique database id)
Next go to My Account->My Comics
Click in the database box and it should list all the databases (if you have more than 1).
If you have more than 1 database, note the name and the reports associated with it (if any).
NOTE: If the database has any reports, a Report box will appear which will display all reports when you click in the box. If there are not any reports for a database, the Report box will not be displayed.
At this point, you should have a detailed list of what Databases and any reports associated with them.
Go to CB
Open the first database from the list made from Profile.
Run File->Collection Statistics (or F12).
When the Collection Statistics windows opens, click on the 'round cylinder (with an i in a circle)' just under the 'Renew Now...' button. (if you hover your mouse over it, it should say 'database info'.
In the 'Database info' window check the database id value with the one you recorded from the web site.
(Repeat for each database you found in Profiles).
Hopefully all the databases listed on the web site and the ones on you computer all match up with the same database id.
If they do NOT match, then there is a problem.
Note: All of the above is just to ensure:
A) The Database and Database is in CB matches the database and database id on the website.
B) That the reports on the website are associated with the correct database (and that there are reports on the website).
Next: Ensure that you have the most recent mobile app version which is v26.0.2 (click the about button at the bottom of the mobile app).
Finally,
If your database/database ID matches what is on the website
AND
If there are reports associated with the same database/database id
AND
You have Mobile app, v26.0.2
AND
You have the correct database name selected in the mobile app
Then
You 'should' be able to display the reports in the mobile app.
If any of the above are not true, then it can't 'link' everything together.
Somethings to try (you may have done these already but I am just listing them if others have problems):
On the CB web site, in this order, Remove all reports for all databases, then remove all databases.
In CB, open the database you want to see in the Mobile app, Run Collections Statistics (and record the database id).
Then use Sidekick (making sure the correct database has been added to Sidekick, and save reports to cloud.
Give the process some time (30 minutes?) to process then go to CB website and verify that the correct database/datebase id is there with reports associated with it.
Finally, open the Mobile app, and select the correct database.
If that has all been done, then there is a serious problem (somewhere) and it would be best to either email support or call them.
PS I am not sure if the Mobile app access/uses any Backups save on the website. This may or may not be part of the problem/solutions.
-
Look at Report-->Most Valuable Items... and see if that gives the results you want.
I am not sure what a 'statistics list' is.
PS Also what Edition of CB do you have?
-
The only thing I can think of is to ensure the database you see/select in the Mobile App is the same as on the website.
-
b2571 appears to fix this problem.
-
This problem has been reported and while Pete indicated it should be a simple fix, he won't be able to get to it until later.
At a guess later this evening or tomorrow.
