Clean up for 08/28/2024 content update

This week's update added the title Frank Cho - Muse.  First, the title doesn't have the correct type of dash punctuation.  Second, and more importantly, I suspect that this is a duplication of Muse (Monkey Boy) since Monkey Boy Press is a publisher name that Cho has used for at least some of his self-published artbooks.  And, finally, even if this *is* supposed to be its own separate title, I can't get it to show up on Atomic Avenue.  

Also added was Paul Kupperberg’s Illustrated Guide To Writing Comics.  To conform with CB's naming standards, should that title be Illustrated Guide to Writing Comics (Paul Kupperberg's...) ?

Also, sometime over the last couple of weeks, it looks like two reprintings of Betty & Me #16 have ended up in the database.  

I submitted #16 (2nd printing) a couple of weeks ago, and that listing is in the database and appears to be correct.  

There is also a #16 Variation A in the database with a cover price of $3.99 (which matches the August 2024 facsimile edition that I submitted) but with a September 1992 cover date.  I am not able to find evidence that this issue was reprinted in September 1992, so I suspect that this is an erroneous listing of the 8/2024 facsimile edition.  

I propose deleting Betty & Me #16/A from the database.
