Title description info that didn't make it into the database

Several weeks ago I submitted issues of On Tap, The Malt Advocate, and The Wine Advocate to the database.  All of the issues that I submitted were accepted, but the contents inside the title description field for some reason were not.  The following Title Description information should be added for these titles:

On Tap:  title changes to The Malt Advocate as of vol. 3 #1

The Malt Advocate:  was formerly On Tap; becomes the Whisky Advocate in 2011

The Wine Advocate:  was formerly The Baltimore-Washington Wine Advocate; becomes a digital-only publication in 2013
