We're sticking with 'Dark Crisis' - we can mention in the notes field, the title changed with issue #4

How about doing something similar with the recent Earth-Prime series published by DC? There were six issues, numbered #1-6, with variable titles. They are part of the same series, but each issue is given its own listing in ComicBase, even though the only issue of a given title variation might be #4 or #5. It's a little different from these two Archie titles in that there's no parenthetical issue number--but then they didn't make each issue of Earth-Prime a #1 (surprisingly), they just played around with the title.
I'd prefer to group all the issues of Mr. Monster Super-Duper Special together, too, but instead they are split across multiple titles. They have presumably been that way for a very long time, unlike these more recent titles, so this would likely be a more problematic change than the others.at this point, we'd prefer not to change those Earth-Prime issues, they've been around just long enough especially for our DC fans that we'd rather not adjust.

added late last week to our master database, should be included in the upcoming content update.

When our team gets the advanced publisher solicitation data, there's no mention of the series issue numbering, so we have no clue any of them are part of bigger overall series. The safe approach is just to list them as a stand alone issue and use the notes field to indicate the series issue number.
Preferably, we'd like to have them listed under 1 title. We'll need to back track and revisit these 2 titles get all the issue listed underneath and remove the stand alone titles. If anyone would like to assist with this by sending in Corrected Data submissions that would be appreciated.

If you have a scanner we don't sell, we suggest contacting brand's customer service team to help you further set it up. Have a modern DC or Marvel UPC barcode handy to share in case they need it to point you to the right codes.

no livestream likely this week (9/7/2022).
-
was there a limited run of these released OR you got a personally graded copy? If its the later, you can just use #1/E and assign a CGC 9.8 condition to it.
-
please screenshot what you're seeing so we know what you're referring to

make sure you zero out any issues you own under the old title name and apply it to the right title listing. next time you update, the wrong title should get deleted.

I think the interaction/prompts changed way back with CB2020's release. I'll mention your observation to the programming team.

If you don't see the SAP Crystal Reports component listed in your Windows application list after installing CB2022, you may have some sort of protection software blocking it.
Alternatively, here's a separate link to get that SAP Crystal Reports component installed if you need it:
https://www.dropbox.com/s/i32i9dalm9ix2lc/CRRuntime_32bit_13_0_31.msi?dl=0
after installing it, try to run a report and see if it produces.

issue #10 exists in our master database so it should download the next time you run a content update (internet menu>check for updates)
*you can always add it in yourself; just click on the plus icon just above the grid
-
proper images should now be uploaded.

If you have model we sell, try using the setup guide to reset the scanner then reprogram with our setup codes. If you need acess to our setup guides, head here: https://www.comicbase.com/mycb/Products/barcodesetup.aspx
*you can also try a different USB port on your computer. I've heard of cases where users had machines with faulty ports.

I'd recommend just creating a new title for this.
-
I'd make sure you're logging in with the proper User ID and/or selecting the right database (if you have more than 1 db) when viewing reports. You could also try fully exiting out of the CB mobile and relaunching to help refresh.

Ash Can is actually 2 words in the indicia. Weird but that's how its cited by the publisher.
Lana+Flare Anniversary Edition came in as a user submission. Our Ed. Team's online research for this title has come up with different variations of the title name. If anyone owns it and can help us verify the official title name stated on the interior indicia page that would be appreciated.
-
Don't think we have it... go ahead and send it in as The Uncanny X-Men Book #24
-
good catch...will notify the Ed. Team to have a look at these.

What version of Windows are you running? I'm gonna guess either 10 or 11.
Also, is your Windows 32-bit or 64-bit?

Due to our Fiber installation for better internet last week; incoming emails we're either bouncing or being delayed. Adjustments have been made over the past few days to rectify it all.

a user contacted me about this one, my comic knowledge doesn't go back that far back...
This is published by Dell in 1937, treasury size, 10 cent and #2 noted on cover... anyone know anything about it so we can add it to the Master database?
