content updates have been discontinued with 2017 & 2020 as well as bug fixes/improvements; so slow performance can be expected when compared to 2021.
To stay updated with new content, you want to be on 2021.

Our distributor for DC titles (Lunar) was delaying our shipment for the past few weeks so you may be seeing promotional cover art. They're the biggest reason we don't have actual cover scans at the moment. In time we'll get them into the CB cover library. Apologizes for the inconvenience.

Do you have an older version of the app by chance? There is a new version you can download from Playstore.
Also, in the CB software, go the File Menu>Collection Statistics - this will help transmit the current state of your collection to the app/online account

The programming team informed me it's a "known limitation" of the software - It'll only show the ones that match the type of the top item.

what you're seeing is correct George, you get 50,000+ covers with the Professional (about 1 cover per title).

We noticed you had 2 databases linked to your account with the same database name that could be confusing the system. We cleared the problem on our end; in the software, go to the File Menu>Collection Statistics - this should link the proper database to your account and hopefully get you more badges if you met the requirements.

Start off by going into File menu>Collection Statistics. This is good kick off trigger that will get other badges rewarded if you've met the requirements for them.
