Uninstalling and reinstalling wouldn't do anything to resolve what you're trying to do (if i understand you correctly)...
my previous reply with the video link where Pete discusses how to currency change your db in the software not work for you? Are you confused at a certain point?
what region/language setting is your Windows OS set to by the way?

What version of ComicBase are you currently using? CB2021? If so, are you using the latest build for it too?

thanks john. We'll have to re-categorize the title back to comics keeping the #0s and create a new magazine title DC Nation (Magazine) and move issue #1-6 into it.

Shift key trick can come in handy like when the power goes out in the middle of an update and you got do it again (yeah its happened to me).

In ComicBase, make sure you've updated your database with the latest content update so its fully up-to-date with all the latest information (ComicBase, internet menu>check for updates). Afterwards, see if you can sync your additions from the app.

download the revised CB2021 Free editon setup file as it should address the problem.

-if we went with MC2, question is it really mini-comic size?

-make sure you're using the latest version of CB Free. If you're not sure if you got the latest version, you can always download/install it again from our website as its been recently updated.
-next, change/update your password online here: https://www.comicbase.com/mycb/ChangePassword.aspx
*password requirements: at least 6 characters in length, include at least 1 number and 1 capped letter, don't use the # character
-lastly, launch the software and update your login credentials (internet menu>login information).

We don't want to force an issue number change at this point. The title/issues released years ago (2018 in this case); we fear it will adjust users database collections if we force such a change. Same can be said for MM & F #301/A

Store variants and online store variants are tricky for us because our solicitation data mainly comes from Diamond and Lunar distribution who don't care them.
Thank goodness for our user community who send in data for variants we aren't aware of.
Unfortunately, we can have users assign different store variants than others possibly messing up what you might have set yourself for a variant. Not sure there's a good way to get around this, you might want to email support@comicbase.com about a store variant you might have assigned just so we know not override it if a different store variant it comes in.
