  1. make sure you are using the latest build for CB2020 (v20.0.3.3829), you can download/install the latest CB2020 program installer from your online account here: https://www.comicbase.com/mycb/Registrations.aspx

Next, make sure in Sidekick's settings, that in the General Tab you have the desired database listed. If you don't see it, feel free to add it. Subtract any database from the list you don't use. Also, in the Schedule Tab, review what is set there. Ideally you want to schedule any of the options at a time when your computer is on and you're not using the main ComicBase software. Try to update after in Sidekick and see if that helps.

If the problem persists, please email our team at support@comicbase.com

  2. Before you enter comics using the app, make sure you also link your database to the app... to do this, launch ComicBase on your computer, go the File Menu>Collection Statistics - this shows your current collection value AND on the backend links your db to the mobile app.

  3. download/install the latest build (in case your running an older version) for CB2020 from your online account here and see if it helps: https://www.comicbase.com/mycb/Registrations.aspx

Restart the software, go the File Menu>File Tools>Optimize - this will help smooth up your database

afterwards, try to print a report.

if you still have trouble, please email our team at support@comicbase.com and detail out the steps you did to produce the error.

  4. looks like we don't have it. Feel free to enter it yourself then send us data for it through the software (internet menu>send new or corrected data) so we can official added it to the Master database.

If the book has an interior indicia (fine credits) page, use what is stated there to officially title it into ComicBase. Thanks.
