might be best to view your report list under your CB online account and 'remove' what reports you got currently then send up a fresh report afterwards from the software.
Here's a direct link to your online reports: Here';s ahttps://www.comicbase.com/mycb/MyComics.aspx

few things to try:
File Menu>File Tools>Optimize database
File Tools>Rebuild Lists>do both 'Series Information' & 'Item Information' options
Afterwards, try to process the latest content update again and see if you get through it okay.
Contact us directly by email at support@comicbase.com OR by phone 408-266-6883 if the trouble still occurs.

the 'Save to Cloud' option is featured only in Sidekick mainly because the db file has to be closed; the file needs to be compressed then uploaded to our server without any interruption from user interaction (that could possibly happen in the main CB software). The process can take some time depending on the user's internet upload speed which can vary.

I've seen this behavior with other programs/websites if the user shrinks the interface down small enough where certain options suddenly don't appear. I'll let Pete know what you discovered. We appreciate the tinkering you did to figure it out.

Odd... not getting the trouble you're running into with the latest build. Anyone else experiencing what Geoffrey is running into?
*Might be best to give our lead programmer Pete a call at 408-266-6883 ext 403.

head over to www.comicbase.com and redownload the CB2020 program installer (My Account Menu>Registrations)... it'll be the new version 20.0.1.2760.
See if you still get the trouble afterwards. Contact our support team at support@comicbase.com if the trouble happens.

redownload the CB2020 program installer now... it'll be the new version 20.0.1.2760

Hey Kenneth,
we posted a revised program installer last night (now version 20.0.1.2764). Just re-download the installer from your online account here to get it: https://www.comicbase.com/mycb/Registrations.aspx
if the trouble still occurs, may be best to give our support team a direct call at 408-266-6883 to get you through the trouble. They can setup a remote help session if needed to see how the software is running on your computer.

no...we don't want to back track for a prelim cover if it becomes available later on. We'd rather have the real cover when it becomes available.
-
if no preliminary cover is available at the time we input a future release info into the Master Database, we just wait for the actual cover to get in our hands and roll it into the next available content update. Hope that makes sense.
-
having trouble locating an online source for the correct cover. Anyone have a copy and can provide jpeg scan?
-
try holding the Ctrl key as you start up the software to force a table re-check. See if that fixes things.
Still no luck, head into the File Menu>File Tools> run the Rebuid Lists one more time and see if that helps.
if you still have trouble, please contact us directly at support@comicbase.com or 408-266-6883 ext 403 (lead programmer Pete).

Yes. Not all covers are provided at the time the early solicitation info is released.
-
Have you re-downloaded/installed the program installer from your online account? Its the latest v20.0.1.2734 which i believe fixes that problem. You can get it here if you need to: https://www.comicbase.com/mycb/Registrations.aspx

We don't always get provided the prelim art at the time we input the data for future releases.

Corrected with the new content update for this week.
-
In general, wait for the latest content update for the week to come out, especially for comics coming out on their release week. We just added the covers for the issues you noted with this week's content update which you can download now.
-
thanks for the info
-
these 2 issue thumbnails should be fixed now.
-
If you right-click with your mouse on the Big Thumbnail left of the Title Name at the top of the main interface, choose the 'Show Picture File' option to bring up that title's pic folder. You can then view each pic file and its properties.
-
Looks like a Windows server update shut down our report processor. We just fired it back up so sent reports are starting to process. Check back later in the afternoon and see if they appear. Sorry for the inconvenience.
-
Keep an eye on your inbox and our website... we may have something later in the month you can take advantage of.
-
are you using the latest version for CB2020 (v20.0.1.2734)? You can get it here if you're running an older version: https://www.comicbase.com/mycb/Registrations.aspx
If the trouble still occurs, message our support team at support@comicbase.com

The database lists a title Color Your Own Cerebus in Hell? https://atomicavenue.com/title/63957/Color-Your-Own-Cerebus-in-Hell That should be corrected to read Colour Your Own Cerebus in Hell? (note the non-American English spelling).
Also, it would be a good idea to do a sweep of all of the Aardvark-Vanaheim titles to check their country of origin. Aardvark-Vanaheim is based in Canada, but a lot of the recent Cerebus In Hell one-shots are listed in the database as being from the U.S.
thanks for the info.... we'll look into them.
