Perform a search.
Get a grid with a Title column, useful since the grid frequently has issues from different columns.
Setup | Columns to show
change columns (say, add "writer", move it up, and remove "letterer")
Grid updates with your changes.
...and the Title column has disappeared. Could he please stay in place?

Also, how about a "Move to top" button? That's a lot of clicks to move "Writer" all the way out of the sub-basement.

The "Move Up" and "Move Down" buttons enable and disable when you select a visible or not visible field. However, the state of the buttons don't change when you change the currently selected field. The end result is, when you change a field to visible, you can't immediately change its position. I have to select a different field, then re-select the newly visible field in order to have functioning movement buttons.

ComicBase needs to provide more support to the users for its embrace of extended characters, so that the users who enter and provide crowdsourced data can follow the ComicBase style.
Ellipses, slanted quotes, diacritical characters.
One or more of:
Maybe a right-click menu option to add common uncommon characters...
Maybe an optional docked or floating toolbar for common uncommon characters...
Dynamic style-check that underlines possible errors...
Format screening with a popup window when editing in the grid...
Format screening with a warning before saving from a data-entry window...
Name checking against a list of official names...

Odd... seems like my update doesn't match yours, given some of your differences with my recent postings...
Closed and went to reopen ComicBase, and I think I'm having a DB problem...
I did think it was odd that, after walking away while it was conducting today's update, the "What's changed" window showed no price change...

Anyone want to fill in the writers for Iron Man (6th Series) #25/A and 25/B.
A rogue Storylines appears to have wiped them out.
