Error during sidekick Update database content

Lately I am getting the following error every time I update. Apart from this non fatal error, all seems to be in order.

Error inserting name: constraint failed
UNIQUE constraint failed: ItemTitles.ItemTitle into ItemTitles

Any clue as to what may be causing this?

One thing you can try is File->File Tools then select Rebuild Lists
The main one to Check is Item Information (but it won't hurt to check Series Information and List of Owned Items.

This might clear out the entry that is interfering with the Unique value trying to be added.
