Charles M. Doyle Jr Posted December 16, 2023 Posted December 16, 2023 Hello, I'm running Comicbase Archive edition V23.2.02535. The last time I was able to update my prices and content was 11-25-23. Since then,when I try to update the program says that my prices and content are up to date. Sidekick won't update either. Any help would be appreciated.
Steven L. Dasinger Posted December 17, 2023 Posted December 17, 2023 When you run a Collections Statistics (File->Collection Statistics or F12) What to you have at the top? Contest and Prices Updated: ??? Subscription expires: ??? When you use Internet->Check For Updates, what happens? It should either ask if you want to update or bring up the Content Updated window wich will mentioin whant it was last updated. You might also check on CB webpage under My Account->Registrations and check that the serial number to your valid subscription matches your database (Help->About will display the registration number).

All it did was change the date and time, but no update was downloaded. My subscription expires 9/7/24. When I use Internet check for update, all it shows is that an update to version 24.0.0 is available. My serial # is correct. Do I have to update to ver. 24.0.0?

Charles M. Doyle Jr Posted December 17, 2023 Author Posted December 17, 2023 Thanks, problem solved, updated to v24 and I"m able to download the content and price update. Don't like that every time I start Comicbase it wants to install covers so I just X out of the window and the program seems to run fine. I only want covers for books I own, not every book published. Thanks again.
