'Versions' Table Error

Recommended Posts

I have just installed CB17, v17.0.6 (Build 2) from a many year absence of using the program.  When I run the 'Update Content' I receive the following error once everything has been complete with that function.

"The Microsoft Jet database engine cannot find the input table or query 'Versions'.  Make sure it exists and that its name is spelled correctly."

I also receive several other errors but I believe they are related to the Versions table.

Hey Brad,

Your subscription status is in an expired state so you'll want to consider renewing so you can properly update your database. Renewing would also get you our new CB2020 version (CB17 has been discontinued for a few years already).

That ok, but why is it I can run the update and new issues have been added to my database?  Shouldn't it have blocked any new content from downloading?
