Which ASM series are you talking about? To make it easier for us, please use the 'Request Price Check' option under the software's internet menu for stuff like this. We'll have our editorial team look further into it.

-uninstall your CB2022 edition
-uninstall your CB2022 resource listing
-uninstall your SAP Crystal Report listing (you noted you 'installed' it in your initial post)
-lastly, download/install the revised CB2022 program installer from your online account here:

I was curious and ran you're update settings back-to-back thinking maybe the 2nd update would case the problem but wasn't the case. Update didn't plug magazines back in. I'll let Pete know and see if he can think of anything that might be going on.
BTW... Anyone else, have this problem?

I just performed an update with no magazines updates selected, agreed to have magazines removed, and it worked for me just fine. Am i missing something to replicate the problem?

also, after you did the update, do you have a few example magazine titles that stuck around? Would like to see if get the same titles when i try.

at this point, we just keep them the way they are in CB - we don't want to tweak and run the risk of changing users collection totals

Also, you update through the main CB software AND CB Sidekick or just one of them?

Can you screenshot your update settings? Would like to replicate every setting you go when you update.

We may not have them in the database (at the moment). I'll let the Editorial Team know to look into adding them into this week's upcoming content update.

Good points, I'll mention your reply to the programming team for them to have in mind. At the moment, there are no plans to tweaking the Add by Barcode process.

In the future, please email us at support@comicbase.com if it has to do with a submission you want to get into the master database. In case i'm not in, at least another team member will know about it (not everyone here on HC reads the forums daily like i do).

Another user contacted us about this one, Red Calloway is not an actual creator/studio, thus the reason for the title name adjustment.
