Need a little help. I'm trying to find a way to mark for "SALE" only comics listed at $5.00 price or higher. Is there a way to do that with "Mass Change"?

No. Mass Change doesn't have any filtering capability.
But you can do this with Regular or Advanced Find.

Advanced Find:
I.[QtyInStock] >= 1 AND Price >= 5.00

Regular Find:
Start a Find.
In the Find drop-down box, select Item Fields->Price
Change the drop down box to Is Greater Than or Equal To.
In the input box, type 5.00

Make sure the List Only Items IN Stock is checked.

For both:

When you have the results, select all the rows (CTRL+A).
Right-Click and select Quick Change from the pop-up menu.

Change: For Sale
To IS Checked.

PS If you have multiple Types (Books, Comic Books, Magazines, and/or Newspapers), you will need to do this for each Type.
