CB hyperlinks in Notes?

When you select an issue in a grid, information about the issue is displayed above the grid.  Some of that information is CB hyperlinked (like Storylines, Artists, etc.), and clicking on them launches a search for like information in the same field.  Is it possible to add a CB hyperlink to information in a Notes field?

 

Example of a usage case.  2 issues have interconnecting covers.  In the notes for both, an entry stating "diptych covers across Pinky #4 and Brain #2" is entered.  Clicking on that entry searches all Notes for "diptych covers across Pinky #4 and Brain #2".
