What Country Was Betty et Veronica: Edition Limite’e Published?

I'm not sure what country these were published in, but I don't think it was the US, though they have an US Flag in the info. Could be France or French Canadian?

Looks like French Canadian.
Publisher should be: Editions Héritage
Country Code should be: Canada

PS Title should be:
Betty et Véronica Édition Limitée
as displayed on the cover. But the indicia (or the one issue I can find) only has the next to last 'e' accented.
(Note the accented next to last e with out an apostrophe between the 'e's)

PPS CB has both Editions Héritage (accented) and Editions Heritage (not accented) publishers. The accented one is correct.
