Matthew P. Plassman Posted December 12, 2019 Posted December 12, 2019 I know there were some issues with the report updater a month ago, and there were a backlog of reports. Is this still an issue? I generated a couple reports last Friday/Saturday, and they have yet to appear in my account on the website or on the app. Thanks!
Mark J. Castaneda Posted December 12, 2019 Posted December 12, 2019 Looks like a Windows server update shut down our report processor. We just fired it back up so sent reports are starting to process. Check back later in the afternoon and see if they appear. Sorry for the inconvenience.
