Trying to submit a cover but keep getting this error box,has anyone else come across it ?

I would try again a bit latter.

Pete mentioned in the last LiveStream that there will be changes at HC to increase their Internet speed (around the beginning of July). They may be doing some work in preparation and causing the outage.

Or they could just be having problems.

If the problem persists, you may need to contact support.
